The purpose of Cooking Station Atlanta is to teach the art and enjoyment of cooking through efficient meal preparation techniques, menu planning for a healthier lifestyle and team building. Clients have the opportunity to learn through cooking demonstration and hands-on cooking classes.

The idea of teaching cooking classes with Huguette evolved from a lifetime of cooking New Orleans-style cuisine. She was born and raised in New Orleans to parents who loved to cook. Her mother loved to entertain for every occasion when she was a child. As a teenager, she owned a catering company along with a best friend. They frequently catered events for their friends and family.

Originally known as Huguette’s Creole Soul Cuisine, her company specialized in catering and entertaining for large crowds and special events. In November 2004, her focus changed. Huguette hosted her first cooking class from home.

Cooking Station Atlanta specializes in teaching the art and enjoyment of cooking New Orleans-style cuisine and so much more.

Huguette discovered her passion and her dream turned into sellout crowds at Atlanta’s #1 cooking school. Her goals shifted to a teaching approach while involving her love of entertainment.
